The global competition encourages companies to seek a more innovative way to survive. More and more complex R&D-based activities are introduced, and the managerial approach is extremely important, while R&D by its nature requires a special managerial attitude. However, as time and money-consuming activities, R&D activities are under high risk and uncertainty. Therefore, the public and private partnership seems to be a plausible measure that could be exploited as a stabilized factor for the private sector for sharing the risk on the one hand and increasing the performance and effectiveness of the public R&D sector on the other. The other benefits include: helping to focus public R&D programs, increasing awareness between industry, regulators, and researchers, and closing the gap between theory and technology.

The Quran, Basic Scientific Research and Technology

Basically, the Qur’an is a complete code covering all aspects of life, whether spiritual, intellectual, political, social, economic, or scientific. It is a code with no time, place, or national boundaries. These messages are spread throughout the Qur’an in a variety of ways, such as a direct stipulation, reminders of Allah’s favor in His creation, stories of past communities followed by the lessons that have to be learned from them, and some clues about modern science. In this paper, from the verses of the Qur’an, it is concluded that the Qur’an encourages us to engage ourselves in basic scientific research; and once this is done, we then have to look for technological innovations and developments.

Integration of Fish-Aquaponics-Algae-Biogas Cultivation

Human living space and food supply are competing across the globe. Food supplies are shortening and living space is increasing. The demand for water and food supplies is increasing. In many places around the world, the use of current agricultural practices is becoming outdated, and the costs of operating these practices are also affecting the cost of cultivated crops in the country. Due to the employment of antiquated techniques to create numerous goods related to agriculture, construction, and industry, many countries have a very high environmental impact from carbon dioxide and many other greenhouse gases. To manufacture the food and chemicals, the proposed system will almost certainly emit no carbon dioxide or other relative gases.

The environmental project uses significantly less water and land to produce meat, vegetables, flowers, grains, and animal feed. The yield per acre of land in the proposed project is higher than that of the traditional methods used to produce these important elements of human and animal diets. More detail

3D-Printer

3D printers have revolutionized the manufacturing process for many individuals and organizations. The future of printing parts for new technologies has started to become part of new machines. One of the machines that use 3D printed parts is the Airbus A350 which uses this technology in its aircraft. Pakistan is a country where 3D printer technology can be researched, developed, and mass manufactured to be sold to foreign markets.

Agricultural drones have recently been in the research and development stage in some countries. Drone technology in general has recently caught a lot of attention, but, the agricultural sector has only recently started to work on drone technology for the industry’s needs.

Machines such as rice cultivators or harvesters are made in overseas countries because the import duty on these products in Pakistan is quite high and not affordable for the consumer in the local market.


Smoke-Free environment and City Recycling Technology

People in Pakistan follow the centuries-old method of burning the crops leftover, over after harvesting them. The process should be developed to make a cost-efficient method to handle crop waste from more useful products such as paper and biodiesel.

The cleaning or recycling business is there in Pakistan, but the advanced version of it is not available there, such as trucks or any waste management plants where all sorts of rubbish are collected and used to form other products for the market.
